are a quantitative org organizational planning tool that calculates the probable values of different operations helping managers to minimize the risk in decision making
Force field analysis
Deals with the forces for it against change. Driving forces are the benefits of change whilst restraining forces are the cause of resistance to change
Fishbone diagram
Is an organizational planning tool based on identifying and dealing with the root causes of a problem or issues facing a business
Gantt chart
Or a visual representation of all the tasks in a particular project plotted against the time scale. As a planning and scheduling tool it allows project managers to monitor progress
