16oz Bone in Ribeye from Wanderer Farms in Australia. Marinated in ginger and soy, served with a black garlic cream sauce. (Wanderer Farms cattle are fed Barley)
Butter Chicken - CHX
8oz breaded chicken breast. Lightly fried in Clarified butter. - “Parm Style” includes melted mozzarella cheese, vodka sauce, basil and grana padano.
Porchetta - PORCHETTA
7oz crispy pork belly served with a chili glaze and a Castelvetrano olive salmoriglio

What is salmoriglio?
Salmoriglio is a southern Italian condiment made of lemon juice, olive oil, garlic, salt, and herbs (our is made with olives)
