Ceci e Tria - CECI
Tria is a long semolina pasta similar to spaghetti that is cut down into 2 inch twirls. The dish is made with chickpeas, butter, garlic, lemon, and fried fresh pasta.
Linguine colatura - LINGUINE
Linguine is a long semolina pasta. Colatura is a fish sauce made from anchovies, with toasted bread crumbs, parsley, and red chili flakes
Raschiatelli with pork sugo - RASCH
A semolina pasta similar to the inside of a pea pod. Served with a spicy pork spare rib ragu (pancetta, guanciale, nduja) calabrian chili, and pecorino crema. Topped with toasted breadcrumbs.

Spaghetti is a long skinny semolina pasta. Served with a homemade 36hr tomato sauce that is orange in color. Topped with grana pedano.
Mezze Maniche Cacio e pepe - PEPE
A semolina pasta that is like a shorter, fatter rigatoni. Translates to “cheese and pepper.” The dish is made with pecorino cheese; single origin black pepper from Aranya, India; with butter. Classically, served free in pubs to encourage guests to drink more.
Spicy Rigatoni Vodka - RIGATONI
Rigatoni is a fat. cylindrical, ridged semolina pasta. Served with our homemade spicy vodka sauce (our most popular sauce). Topped with grana padano.
Cavatelli Truffle - CAVATELLI
A fresh ricotta dumpling with ridges to cling to the sauce. Served with 3 grams shaved black truffles, pork sausage, and mushroom stock (contains soy). Topped with grana Padano

5oz (depends on the pasta)
Do we have a pasta for children?
Spaghetti is a great option. We can also offer a “kids pasta” which is butter and cheese only, or basic tomato sauce.
Can you add protein to your pasta for lunch?
Yes, you can add meatballs, roasted chickens, or fried chicken only to lunch pastas for an upcharge.
