COPPA - salame, spicy eggplant and zucchini, and provolone cheese. Served with bomb.com sauce
Godson
GODSON - the new and improved “Godmother.” Served with Prosciutto, mortadella, and coppa. Topped with dijonnaise, giardiniera, lettuce, onion, and tomato.
Mortadella
MORTADELLA - mortadella, pistachio butter, stracchino cheese, and crushed pistachios
Pesto Chicken
PESTO - Roasted or fried chicken breast, with an almond kale pesto, arugula, and provolone cheese
Spicy Eggplant and Zucchini
SPICY EGGPLANT - lightly fried zucchini and eggplant with avocado, tomato, seasoned arugula, and provolone cheese
Prosciutto
PROSCIUTTO - Prosciutto with stracciatella, tomato, basil, and saba
What is coppa?
It’s a type of salami
What is bomb.com sauce?
A homemade sauce with remoulade, whole grain mustard, and calabrian chili
What is the “godmother”
Voted the most popular sandwich in CA. It is served at Bay Cities Italian Bakery in SM
What is dijonaise? What is gardiniera?
dijonaise is a combination of french mustard and mayonnaise
Giardiniera is another name for our homemade sott’olio (housemade pickled vegetables)
What is the mortadella?
An Italian cold cut similar to balogna (usually filled with pistachios. Our doesn’t have pistachios)
What is pistachio butter?
Its a homemade blended pistachio spread (dairy free. Made with oil)
What is stracchino?
A cheese similar to brie and cream cheese. It is creamy and spreadable.
What is Pesto?
A sauce made with basil, oil, garlic, and some sort of nut. We use almonds.
What follow up question do you ask if someone orders the chicken pesto?
Would you like that with rotated out fried chicken?
