Yes, we use GF soy sauce.
What is the difference between parmigiano reggiano and grana padana?
Region the cheese is made. Parmigiano Reggiano is made in the Reggio-Emilia Region. Grana Padano is made the same way, but in Po River Valley. Similar to Champagne (Parm = min 12 months) (Grana = min 9 months)

An unsweetened cheese with texture similar to cream cheese. Typically it is sweetened with sugar and used in dessert. Whipped on top of our desserts.
