factors that influence apples location

- UCC: apple can easily employ trained and English speaking employees 2. cork port: they located close to the port to be able to export their product quickly 3. Green field: apple were given a Greenfield site so if any room for future expansion is needed e.g. a new parking lot there was vacant land to build on 4. Bus service (202 & 202A): apple located on the 202 bus service so if any employees that didn’t drive to work could use public transport 5. English speaking employees: Apples headquarters are located in California the main language there is English and so is it in ireland which limits any language barriers

- a business that has factories and offices in many places across the world 2. a a industry that is not tied to a particular location and can move easily

inputs/outputs/processes
A
1.Inputs: inputs are things put into the factory such as raw materials, machines and labour. 2. outputs: the amount of good that a factory is producing. 3. Processes: for example to make a computer. Components are picked out and bar-coded before being put on the assembly line, than the components are assembled by workers into the computer case, speakers and connections are added, the computer is tested to see if it works and than is packaged and shipped off
