2oz Sheringham Kazuki gin
0.5oz Lillet Blanc (fortified wine: citrus, honey, aromatic from Bordeaux wine)
0.25 st. Germain (elderflower)
1 dash angostura
Shake and strain into chilled coupe. Garnish with cherry blossom with little clothes pin
Après Spritz
0.75oz gin
0.5oz aperol
1oz mandarin juice
0.5oz lemon juice
0.5oz simple syrup
Shake and double strain. Add ice cubes and Cava!
Winter Kick Margarita
1.5oz tequila
0.5oz triple sec
0.5oz doubly spicy syrup
1oz clementine juice
0.5oz lime juice
Green pepper slice + clementine wheel for garnish
Salt + for garnish
Salt rim on rocks glass. Shake and double strain into rocks glass with one big ice cube. Garnish with a mandarin wheel and spicy pepper slice on skewer.
Rusty nail
2oz scotch (monkey shoulder)
1oz drambuie
Stir and strain over big ice cube, express lemon oil over the top (don’t dunk in lemon twist)
Littlest Rebel
1 egg white
1oz apple brandy
1/2oz scotch
3/4oz lime juice
1/2oz grenadine (good quality)
Dry shake then wet shake. Double strain into chilled coupe. Express lemon peel (don’t dunk twist)
Chocolate Punch
1oz cognac
1/2oz ruby port
1/2oz creme de cacao
1/4oz semi-rich simple syrup
1oz heavy cream
Shake with ice and double strain into coupe. Garnish with grated chocolate.
Yuletidal Wave
3/4oz rum
The Jingle Ball
4-oz spherical ice cube, freeze for 2.5h, then drill hole and empty with syringe.
2oz citron vodka
3/4oz triple sec
3/4 freshly squeeze pomegranate juice
1/2oz lime juice
3/4oz rosemary syrup
Orange bitters
Flamed rosemary
Edible glitter
Smoke glass over burned rosemary sprig
Shake ingredients together with ice.
1.5oz Smirnoff no. 21
1oz pomegranate
3/4oz cherry juice
1/4oz lemon juice
Dash simple syrup
Sprig of rosemary for garnish
Shake and strain. Fill ball with syringe. (Serve over dry ice?)
Tōji Moon
3/4oz Benedictine
1oz yuzu juice
1/4oz lemon juice
1/4oz red bean syrup
1 barspoon yuzu marmalade
Add to shaker with ice, double strain into rocks glass with crushed ice
1.5oz nigori sake
1 egg white
Wet shake, strain and dry shake until frothy. Pour on top of the Benedictine mix
Garnish with freshly grated nutmeg and a lotus wheel
Red bean syrup:
Combine 1 cup mashed adzuki beans and 1 cup simple syrup. Steep for 2 hours, strain and refrigerate.
Cranberry Martini
1.5oz vodka
1/2oz triple sec
3/4oz simple syrup
1.5oz cranberry juice
Shake with ice and strain into martini glass rimmed with sugar and garnish with orange and sugared cranberries
