A

Pornstar Martini

A

1oz vanilla vodka (or 0.75oz normal vodka + 0.25oz licor 43)
1.5oz passionfruit juice or purée
0.25oz lime juice
Half an egg white

Dry and wet shake, pour into chilled coupe. Pop in half passion fruit, seeds loosened. Serve with little glass of champagne and a spoon.

Muddle the use spoon to pull up lime pieces before adding ice. Top with soda.

2oz white rum
1/2 lime in cubes
1tbsp demerera sugar
10 mint leaves + garnish
2oz soda
1 dash bitters

Only muddle lime and sugar, not the mint leaves!

Or the quick version:

Put 1 leaves of mint (slapped) into the bottom of a glass. Pull up the sides to release oils onto glass. Fill with ice.
Shake 2oz rum with 1oz lime and 1/4oz rich demerera syrup. Pour into glass, top with soda.

A

Soda water

Pour all into salt-rimmed highball glass and garnish with lime or grapefruit wheel.

Shake with pebble ice, dump into rocks glass, fill up with more pebble ice. Garnish with pineapple fronds.

A

Add ginger beer to highball glass. Add ice. Fill with more ginger beer until 2cm below rim.
Pour over 2oz of black rum carefully.
Garnish with lime wedge (center white cut away) on edge to squeeze over. Serve with straw.

2.5oz vodka
1/2oz dry vermouth

Stir with ice, strain into martini glass, garnish with lemon twist

A

1oz espresso
1oz vodka (or cognac!)
1oz coffee liqueur
1/4oz rich demerera syrup
Express a lemon twist into the shaking tin, throw out the twist, and shake shake shake with ice.
Patiently strain into chilled coupe, top with 3 coffee beans.

A

3/4 tsp Benedictine or yellow chartreuse

A

1 1/2oz gin
3/4oz lemon juice
3/4oz simple syrup
10-12 basil leaves
Muddle basil leaves with lemon juice in shaker. Add gin and simple syrup and shake. Double strain into ice filled rocks glass. Garnish with basil leaves or basil blossom.

1/2oz semi-rich simple syrup
Short shake and strain over crushed ice. Stir gently and top with more ice.

Pour over 1/2oz creme de mure, float on top. Garnish with 3 blackberries on pick and a lemon wheel.

A

4-5 mint leaves (+sprig for garnish)

1/4oz simple syrup
2oz bourbon

Muddle into cup, just press lightly. Stir lightly with crushed ice. Fill with ice, slap mint and add nice big bush to the ice heap.
Optional finish with a nice swirl of jamaican rum

A

1.5oz brandy or cognac
In mixing glass with ice. Strain into cocktail coupe. Top with almost liquid heavy cream.

Chill rocks glass with ice. Muddle syrup and lime in shaker. Add vodka and ice from rocks glass to shaker. Shake and open pour into glass. Garnish with more lime parts.

My version of a Sangria

A

2 slices of lemon and mandarin
Muddle in bottom of tall glass
Add 1oz Cointreau
1/2oz rich demerera syrup
Mix all together
Add ice, top with red wine.
Squeeze over lemon oils and make into bird.
