1 cocktail onion

Stir, strain into chilled coupe, garnish with onion.

Sugar rim (only on top of the rim, not the sides!) a chilled coupette
Add to tin with ice and shake, strain into coupette

1 barspoon st Germain

Place drip coffee filter over mixing glass. Add 7gr Kenyan ground coffee. Stir the above ingredients and pour into coffee filter.
Add 20 drops balsamic vinegar (1 dash)
Add broken ice to mixing glass.
Add ice sphere to rocks glass.
Stir cocktail and pour into glass.
