What is S113 and when can you use it?
Power of persons called to assist.
A constable May call for assistance with exercising a search power to;
Accompany the constable.
Supervise the area being searched.
They can enter and search.
Use reasonable force.
Seize.
What is S116 and when can you use it?
Securing a place, vehicle or other thing to be searched.
You can use carrying out a search of a place, vehicle or other thing S116 (1)(a)
S116 (1)(b) If you believe a person will obstruct or hinder the search above you can exclude any person or direct them until the search is over.
S116(2) if any person affected by this search you must RAIN them.
