Description: 5 oz or 8 oz grilled salmon fillet (frozen Norwegian, not wild). Topped with made-in-house lemon pepper butter

Description: 3 or 4 catfish fillets breaded in a southern cornmeal mixture and deep fried (frozen catfish)

Description: Dinner- 2 skewers (10 shrimp) served over a bed of seasoned rice. Sidekick- 1 skewer (5 shrimp) served over our toasted Fresh-Baked Bread
