What drops can be used to differentiate between scleritis and Episcleritis?
A
Phenylephrine drops:
Phenylephrine blanches the conjunctival and episcleral vessels but not the scleral vessels. Therefore, if redness of eye improves after phenylephrine, a diagnosis of Episcleritis can be made
