usually improves in 4-6 weeks back stretches heat packs to painful areas weight loss analgesics

caused by spinal stenosis, herniated disc
where is the numbness if L4 affected
reflexes?
thigh
diminished knee jerk
symptoms if l5 affected
foot drop
numb on top of foot
s1 sciatica sx
outter part of foot
weakness when standing on tip toes
diminished ank jerk
sciatic nerve roots
l4, l5, s1, s2, s3
