Now we find most clinic owners run ads, generate leads - but when I ask them what their ROI- they have absolutely no idea even though these numbers literally tell you if you can scale your spend and make way more money

Now the reason this is a problem is because what isnt tracked cant be improved or optimized - and if you’re spending money on ads it’s a no brainer you want to squeeze the juice out of every dollar you spend

Random question - have you ever been on a diet before?

Me too ahahah I pretty much live on one. Now the reason I ask is because when you’re on a diet if you dont weight yourself, you dont track your calories - you can eat lettuce all day but you have no idea if you’re moving in the right direction right?

I hear ya and just to be totally clear… what’s really important to me is ALIGNMENT - Like the last thing i want [NAME] is to partner up with someone whos one foot in and one foot out because it’s never gonna work, and when you come in and work with us, Im not just throwiung you leads, we’re literally rolling up the sleeves and getting in the trenches with you on this thing - so it’s really important to me personally that you feel GOOD about the process, know what I mean?

So that being said just so Im clear. On like a scale of 1-10, 1 being,I just wanted 30 minutes of my time on the phone with this random guy ahahah - and 10 being this is exactly what I need to get to [DESIRED STATE], where do you feel like you fall exactly?
