3 SALMON, 3 TUNA, 3 YELLOWTAIL, 3 SEABASS AND 3 SEA BREAM
YOU CAN ADD SOME EXTRA PIECES.
With sashimi set is usual to bring fresh wasabi root together with a grater made out of Japanese Wood and Shark skin. You need to explain to the guest that is a really premium product that must be grated in circles and not too fast (otherwise a chemical reaction takes the taste out of wasabi) and must be placed on top of the sashimi, never in the soy sauce.
