DEFINITION OF SUSHI MAKI HOSOMAKI URAMAKI NIGIRIS TEMAKI
MAKI - ingredient and the rice are rolled inside the nori
HOSOMAKI - rolled same way as maki, but in tis case we talk about much thinner eoll. ONLY ONE ingredient is used insude. ( MOSTLY FOR KIDS)
uramaki - rice and the nori exchange positions. rice on the outside part.
nigiris - fish on top of the rice
temaki - served as cone roll/ hand roll. same way to makis

unagi ( eel) - roasted on sweet soy/unagi sauce. foie gras nori and chives
