DRY SHAKE the contents; add ice

1oz. Johnny Drum Bourbon
1oz. Pine Liqueur
.5 oz. Grand Marnier
Stir ingredient into maple-washed etched ROCKS glass

1.5 oz. Lapsang Souchong Infused a Pueblo Viejo Reposado 1/4 oz. Cherry Herring 1/4 oz. Pepper Syrup .5 oz Pomegranate Juice 3/4 oz. Lemon a Juice
Spicy Dragon Seed Rim
*Syrup: 4 cups sugar 2.25 cups water
Add 4-6 chopped Serrano, 1 long orange peel and 1/4-1/2 chopped habanero lightly simmer for 5 minutes (taste for heat, add more habanero if necessary), strain out peppers.
***Tequila Infusion: Add 1 teaspoon per 2 oz. of tequila so roughly 2.5 oz. of lapsang souchong tea per liter bottle. Infuse for only 1 hour, shaking once or twice. Strain out tea.
**For dragon seed rim, combine sugar, dried citrus zest and spicy dragon seeds (easier for David to make than explain à please communicate with David when LOW)
