CAN IT BE VEG, VEGAN, GLUTEN-FREE? Can be made gluten-free by substituting gluten-free pita.

NOTES AND EXTRA SPECIAL HEALTH BENEFITS:Tempeh is a patty made from fermented soybeans, it contains probiotics and is a great protein substitute for vegetarians. We make the vegan mayo in house.

Jalapeno Remoulade- Avocado, mayo, tomato paste, whole grain mustard, honey, sherry vinegar, nutritional yeast flakes, kosher salt, black pepper, jalapeno, red onion, garlic.

6 oz. Grass-fed beef ground in house, grana padano, roasted mushroom mix (shiitake, oyster, cremini), caramelized onions, fresh arugula, umami sauce, and mayo served on a toasted flax seed bun. Choice of side.

DRESSING-SAUCE:

Umami Sauce- Apple cider vinegar, lemon juice, tamari, nutritional yeast flakes, garlic, EVOO.

Can be made gluten-free by substituting “Udi’s” gluten-free bun. The gluten-free bun is not vegan.
