- Samsara refers to the cycle of life, this cinludes birth, living, death and returning to life.
- This term can be translated to mean ‘continous movement’.

- Buddhists believe that all beings are stuck in this cycle, and the goal is to break free from the cycle of samsara, because to exist in this cycle is to suffer.
