Amenity Kit (AKT)
Complimentary kit for UPB customers containing amenities for customers during their flight.
Atlas Carriers
Carts/ Carriers are used to stow items needed during flight
Beverage Cart
A cart specifically designed for the aircraft; used to serve beverages.
Blue Liner
A liner which is placed on top of beverage cart and service station.
Bulk Amenities (BA)
Intra-Asia only; bulk amenities consisting of Dental kit, Ear Plugs, and Eye Mask.
Bulk Silverware
Bulk utensils boarded for service
Carafe
This is used to make hot tea or hot water for the beverage service
Chef’s Tips
Used to assist FAs with presentation and preparation of meal selections in the premium cabins
Children Travel Kits
Includes both safety items and activities to keep children engaged during the flight. The kit is suitable for children ages 2-10 but may be given to older children as needed.
Chillers
Provide chilled are and are turned on to ensure meals remain fresh during flight.
Choice Menu
Name of United’s food for sale program in United Economy on most flights in the Americas.
Coffee Warmer
Hot plate used to keep coffee warm
Cold cups
Blue clear cups used to serve any cold beverages
Condiment Caddy
Used to hold sugar, sugar substitute, stir sticks and serviettes during the beverage service.
Cooling Gel Pillow (UPB only)
United Polaris cooling gel pillows.
Crew Meals
Meals boarded specifically for pilots and FAs
Crew Rest Lanyard
Lanyard is used to block specific seats for FAs crew rest.
Day Blanket
Provided to customers on international flights seated in UPB, PB fleet elevates services and comfort on long-haul international and p.s (premium service) flights.
Documentation Bag
International Document Nag includes all forms needed to enter the U.S and specific countries
Double Carriers with Assist Pull
A compartment in galley which can house 2 atlas carriers. It has an assist pull in order to reach the carrier in the back.
Downline Catering
Food items boarded on one flight to be used on the next flight.
Economy Pillow Packs
Economy pillows are boarded on international flights.
Eco-skies Bag
This bag is used to collect recycling items such as soda, cans, newspapers and plastic cups.
First Class Blanket Tote
Grey tote found in overhead bin in United First, contains blue blankets for customers seated in first class.
Flight Deck Pack
Placed on co-pilot seat or in forward galley. This pack contains pilot bag, Sani-com wipes, cloth wipes, large alcohol wipes, nitrile gloves, and surgical masks.
Food Service Check Sheet
This form provides quantity, description of items catered and if down-line catering applies.
FWD Galley
Forward Galley
Galley Drain
Used to pour out certain liquids such as hot tea or opened sodas.
Galley Mounted Cork- Puller
Mounted in UPB galleys on some aircrafts and are used to open corked wine bottles.
Half Carts
Half sized carts are used to stow service items such as soda, juice, and/or meals.
Hot cups
Cups used to serve hot liquids
Hot Towels
Provided to customers on our premium transcontinental and international flights.
Infant Life Vest Pouch
Provides flotation to an infant or small child in a ditching or water landing.!
Landing Scent Sachet
Poured onto hot towels with hot water to provide a refreshing scent to our customers.
Linen Bag
Used to collect soiled linens before placing in an empty atlas carrier.
Linen Kit
Boarded on international flight for meal service. Linens are placed on tray tables prior to starting the meal service.
Liquor Provisioning Form (LPF)
(International flights only) this form is filled out by galley FAs international flights for liquor provisioning in each cart.
Lengthy Tarmac Delay Kit
U.S department of transportation require water and snack are provided to customer within the first two hours of delay or diversion.
Mattress Pads (MP)
Boarded on international flights for customers in UPB
Meal Cart
A cart specifically designed for the aircraft. it is used to serve and/or sell in United Economy
Meal Order Form
A form that is used by FAs to take customer meal and beverage order.
Menu
Menus are distributed to customer in UPB. Menus provides customers with details about the meal served on flight.
MID Galley
Mid galley is located on Boeing 757, 767, 777 and 787.
Misting Spray
(UPB lavatory only) Boarded on international flight for UPB.
Motion Sickness Bag
Are placed in the seat back pocket on aircraft. It is used in case a customer is not feeling well.
Pajamas Tote (PJT)
Boarded on international flight for UPB
Pick-up Pan
Multi-purpose trays. They can be used to collect or deliver items to customers.
Pull Out Trays
Pull out trees are stowed in cart and are used as a serving station during a beverage service.
Quarter Turns
Are used to secure carriers, carts, and compartments.
Safe-pour Lid
Must be used anytime coffee pots are not in coffee makers.
Seat Belt Extension
For use on all non-airbag standard seatbelts.

Must ensure each trashcan cart is lined with a trashcan liner, before placing anything inside the trashcan
