All injury and exposure reports must me submitted with in 7 days WITH OR WITHOUT the MEMBERS signature
- a report that’s not initiated and submitted within 7 days from the date of the injury/exposure CAN NOT be entered into CIRS.. When this occurs the supervising officer is required to forward a CIRS-1 report to whom?

when a member is exposed to a Biological exposure ( blood born, airborn or other infectious pathogens) body fluids .. Do you notify the Medical Officer ?
How about Non- Biological ?
For Biological exposures notify the Medical officer
Non- biological only notify for SYMPTOMS
IF you have SYMPTOMS for either a bio exp. or a non-Bio-exp an
1) exposure report 2) injury report need to be printed out

Can’t supervisors submit group reporting for identical non-biological exposures of members who do not exhibit symptoms?
Yes to avoid duplicate data entries, but the following have to be in place
1) all Members had the same NON-Biological exposure
2) ALL members have to from the same UNIT

Multiple member injury report
The chief of operations requires the supervisor of the unit to submit a multiple member injury report when how many members suffer injuries at the same incident resulting in medical leave for that tour?
3 or More members !
