What are the steps to follow if there is fire on a person?
1- Immobilize the person
2- Wrap the person in a blanket or coat to remove oxygen
3- Use fire extinguisher as a last resort. Do not spray in the face
4- Administer first aid: do not remove clothing stuck to skin.
Who can occupy a cabin jumpseat?
1- An Air Transat FA or FDC when no passenger seat is available in full uniform.
2- Transport Canada inspector when inaccurate load forecast.
3- An ABP in case of an emergency.
If a weapon is found on the ground?
The weapon must be left in its location and notify the FDC immediately.
If a weapon is found in-flight?
Notify the FDC immediately and the weapon must be placed in a canister and locked with a lock from the PPE kit.

When is a TESTRA sequence used?
If an abnormal or emergency situation occurs at any phase of the flight, the Pilot-in-Command will transmit a TESTRA briefing to the Flight Director via interphone. If the situation warrants, the Pilot-in-Command may decide to conduct the TESTRA briefing in presence of the Flight Director in the flight deck.
When doing pre-flight checks in the cabin, what is each passenger seat required to have?
Life jacket, seatbelt, safety features card.
How close do you need to stay to your exit during boarding?
Flight Attendants responsible for exits will remain within a distance of 3 rows (3 meters/10 feet)
What does the silent review consist of?
- Assigned emergency position

A passenger who cannot take care of their personal and physical needs is totally dependent on the assistance of another person; requires an attendant.
