what should your stance look like
feet should be shoulder width apart and hands should be a comfortable distance apart
when lifting weights, what body part should you bend?
knees, not the waist
what is focusing and why is it important?
keeping your head up, like focusing on the ceiling. it ensures that your back is straight.
