- hydration to replace lost fluids when we sweat and lose water to prevent lactic acidosis build up (prevents dizziness, mantains mental and physical performance)

- landing from a jump rolling to the floor (go through feet and bend knees for soft landing, alignment of knees over toes)
- rolling to the floor (gently lower to the floor, bending knees and rolling onto your thigh not on your knees, use hands for support)
