The Chief Officer or any person authorised by the Chief Officer shall have free access to any land, building, premises, or other place for various purposes.

Including ascertaining compliance with laws related to storage of explosives, radioactive substances, inflammable liquids, fire prevention, and protection of life or property in case of fire.
