Officer in Charge (OIC)/Supervisor Responsibilities
The immediate OIC/supervisor of the claimant is responsible for:
• Completing the MFB Safe initial report or ensuring that the injured/affected person has completed the MFBSafe Initial report within 24hours of an incident occurring.
• Notifying their Commander or Manager if the incident is notifiable as per (ORG109F5) or if the risk rating is rated “high’ or above.
