A

infection: urethritis, prostatitis, cystitis, polo/glomerulo
malignancy: 50-60% or renal tumours, 75-80% of urinary tract
stones
sport: trauma, vasoconstirion of renal vessels e.g. long distance runners
decompression haematuria- catheter
