- Prepare the athletes to handle the intensity of the workout

A
- Allows the heart rate to slow and the athletes to regain mental sharpness
- Allow the athlete to record workout perforce to track progress
- Prepare the gym for the following class
- Take advance of remaining time for recovery practices, additional skill refinement and/or education.
