Unauthorized Transactions;

prohibited from entering in any transactions of material value at substantially lower value than fair market value, taking place between any member/employee of this department.

Use of official position;

prohibits for financial gain, privileges, avoiding consequences of illegal acts, or using name, titles ID themselves as PO in connection w/ testimonials or advertisements of any person commodity or commercial enterprise w/o approval of the chief.
