Must be operated at or above the minimum flight altitude for the area or territory
If none is established then 1000 feet above the highest obstacle within 8km on 2000feet above in mountainous areas

Must maintain a listening watch on an appropriate channel
Must stay on 2-way comms with atsu providing flight information service

Rvsm cruising levels

Answer 3

Between fl 290 and fl 410
Even thousand between 180° and 359° eg fl300 fl320 - fl400
Odd thousands between 360° and 179° eg fl290 fl310 - fl410

Non - Rvsm cruising level

Answer 4

359° to 180° fl310, fl350 etc
360° to 179° fl330, fl370 etc
