The posterior tubercles and inter tubercular laminae of all cervical vertebrae

The posterior tubercles of the lower cervical vertebrae to the outer border of the first rib deep to the first digitation of serratus anterior and to the second rib

Both are supplied segmentally by the anterior rami of the lower cervical nerves
