What is the Enterprise RPA Maturity Model?
It is a model to be implemented in organizations so that they focus on adapting the culture of their organization was well as build specific RPA skills and capability to fully realize the potential of RPA.
3 phases of maturity of the Enterprise RPA Maturity Model?
- Initialize
- Industrialize
- Institutionalize
Enterprise RPA Maturity Model: What is the objective of Initialize?
Establish the initial capability and create a CoE. Responsible for some early execution. The experts from CoE will build the foundation stones for the future phases. They will also define how it’s going to be implemented and delivered operationally. The people involved in this phase will become the evangelists for RPA within the organization.

Enterprise RPA Maturity Model: What is the objective of Industrialize?
Replicating what was done in the initialize phase and ramping up. In this phase there is not a one size fits all approach. Each organization will make its choices.

Enterprise RPA Maturity Model: What is the objective of Institutionalize?
At the end of the journey we say BP will be institutionalized. Starts being business as usual for the organization, that will have the skills, capability and capacity to fully exploit the technology that will be embedded in their ways of working.
