Toothbrushing of the operated site may be limited for the first two weeks post surgery due to discomfort.
To aid effective plaque control rinsing with 0.2% CHX - 10ml for two minutes 2x daily
CHX regime should be continued until the patient can brush effectively without experiencing discomfort.
