Natural harmonics. You place your finger slightly in front of the fret.
What does 11/16 mean?
There are 11 16th notes in a bar.
What two key elements make up a typical metal rhythm guitar tone?
A modern high-gain distortion and a ‘scooped’ sound.
Explain what Tapped Harmonics are.
Tapped harmonics are an extension of the tapping technique. The note is fretted as usual, but instead of striking the string, the string is tapped at one of the places where natural harmonics occur.
What are the notes of the G Lydian mode?
G, A, B, C#, D, E, F# and G.
In a Sus2 chord, what note is often not included?
The major third.
