Due to the forest fire, several pheasants began to fly and appeared all of a sudden on Romi’s path, just infront of his bicycle. This surprised Romi and he fell of his bicycle.
How did romi help Teju?
Romi helped Teju by offering him a lift on his bicycle and riding him out of the forest fire
Why did Romi want to reach the bridge?
Romi wanted to reach the bridge spanned across the river that separated the forest from the sugarcane fields. The forest ended at the river edge, hence the fire would not have been able to harm across the river.
Give an example to show that Teju was a brave boy.
Teju saw a python in the middle of the road, stretched right across, but he kept running and jumped over the python. This shows that Teju was a brave boy.
Give examples to prove that Romi was kind, thoughtful and brave
Romi was kind as he helped Teju by giving him a ride on his bicycle. He was indeed thoughtful because he wanted to take medicines to his ailing father as soon as possible. And he was definitely brave because he dared to cross the forest to fulfill his responsibility.
