Clinical: stillbirth, recurrent miscarriages, delivery prior to 34 weeks for hypertension/placental insuffiency, thromobsis
lab: lupus anticoagulant or med/high titers for anticardiolipin and beta 2 glycoprotein. 2 occasions 12 weeks apart

A

39% of woem had fetal death, early delivery for hypertension, SGA, neonatal death despite treatment
