asymmetrical!
“cant see, cant pee, cant climb a tree”
-conjunctivitis or uveitis, urethritis or cervicitis & asymmetric joint pain.

What is Spondylolisthesis? dx, tx?

Spondylolysis?

A

anterior displacement of a vertebral body due to b/l defects in the posterior arch MC @L5

dx: XR
tx: RICE, PT, NSAIDS/Acetaminophen, if grade 3+ surgery

vs Spondylolysis = fracture of the pars interarticularis
