• blue-white fluorescence appearing from sharply demarcated depigmentated areas

Tx: systematic steroids & narrow band UV B phototherapy +/- hydroquinone or melanocytes

40 yo painful right eye, gritty, burning sensation. Crusting with erythema of the superior lid margin. no masses on lid. dx? tx?
