A

sx: inflammation, villous atrophy and crypt hyperplasia and the small bowel, weight loss, diarrhea, iron deficiency anemia, decreased bone mineral density and neuropathy(2/2 malabsorption)
dx: IgA transgluaminase ab w/total IgA levels & upper endoscopy
tx: gluten free diet
