CLINICAL FEATURES
Symptoms
- Progressive heart failure
- Dyspnoea on exertion
- Exercise intolerance
- Fatigue
- Sudden cardiac death
CLINICAL FEATURES
Signs
- Oedema
- Hepatomegaly
- Ascites
- Pulmonary rales
- S3 gallop
- Jugular venous distension
- Kussmaul sign
What is Kussmaul sign
Increase in jugular venous pressure during inhalation
