1. Runs along east shore .3-.5nm out from shore just north of Vinland transit center to king spit. Area is marked by 5 yellow buoys( Y”A”-Y”E”)
2. Area includes waterfront and piers of naval base
3. No person shall enter without permission from naval commander Seattle

Question 2

Restricted area #2 security zone anchorage

Answer 2

1. No anchors, grapnels, or equipment that may foul underwater installations is permitted at anytime
2. No dumping of non buoyant objects
3. Navigation is permitted within the area that is not lying in area #1 except when magnetic silencing operations are in progress
4. During magnetic silencing operations quick flashing red beacons will be displayed on pier located in SE quadrant

Restricted area #3 Whitney Pt.

Answer 3

1. Area is 2000yds by 200yds extending east from Whitney pt.
2. No Vsl shall anchor or tow a drag of any kind in this area
