    presents and develops ideas, seeing the „big picture“
  3. Producer: Forming a productive work atmosphere -> removing obstacles, stress/anxiety
  4. Director: Visionary, planing, setting goals -> individual goals, team goals, department goals,
    company goals etc., designer of working culture
