A

present as sinusitis, pharyngitis and tonsilitis
symptoms- snotty, cough etc.
treatment- antibiotics

symptoms- cough, dyspnea, reduced appetite, low energy, haemoptysis (rare)
treatment- sputum sample and antibiotics

treatment- inhaled steroids+/-LABA, manage exacerbations and optimisation of treatment
