- FEV1 over 50% - LABA or LABA
- FEV1 less than 50% LABA + ICS

How do you manage a spontaneous pneumothorax?
Less than 2cm + asymptomatic = discharge
If over 2cm or symptomatic = admit for aspiration. If this fails then a chest drain
How do you manage a secondary spontaneous pneumothorax?
If 0 - 1cm + asymptmatic = oxygen + admit for 24 hours
- If 1 - 2 cm + asymptomatic = aspiration
- If over 2cm or symptomatic = chest drain
