- Cough.
- Stridor.
- Dyspnoea.
- Unilateral Wheezing (Partial Obstruction of Main/Distal Bronchi).
- Choking Crisis.

Investigations and Management of Aspirational Lung Injury (3).
A
- Cough Encouragement.
- Back Blows, Chest Thrusts (Infants) or Abdominal Thrusts (Heimlich Manoeuvre - Children).
- Flexible Bronchoscopy (look and remove).
- Rigid Bronchoscopy (if Flexible fails or if asphyxiated, stridor, radio-opaque object, history of foreign body aspiration).
- Surgery.
