Investigations and Management of Aspirational Lung Injury (3).

A
  1. Cough Encouragement.
  2. Back Blows, Chest Thrusts (Infants) or Abdominal Thrusts (Heimlich Manoeuvre - Children).
  3. Flexible Bronchoscopy (look and remove).
  4. Rigid Bronchoscopy (if Flexible fails or if asphyxiated, stridor, radio-opaque object, history of foreign body aspiration).
  5. Surgery.
