Why are these CHDs acyanotic?
A
Blood still reaches the lungs to become oxygenated because the pressure gradient will allow blood to flow from the left side of the heart to the right side of the heart.

Epidemiology of Acyanotic CHDs.
A
VSDs are commoner but in adults, ASDs are more common.
