Details
RIPE - rotation, inspiration, projection, exposure
A - airway and mediastinum
Breathing - call zones and not lobes (can’t definitively say its a lobe)
Circulation
Dipahragm
Extras - bones, soft tissues
R = review areas = axila, behind the heart, aortic notch, under the diaophragm
What side are you more likely to get an aspiration pneumonia?
Right
More sharp decline

DISTINGUISH FROM MG:
- Weakness in the limbs - more in the legs than the arms
- Uncommon in eyes
- Temporarily relieved by exercise

DUE TO SEROTONIN
- Diarrhoea
- Flushing
