- Watery = viral, vira = highlt infecitve
What is the pathophysiology of cataracts?
depositon of aggregated proteins and yelllow / brown pigment in the lens, reducing transmission of light to the back of the retina

What is the treatment of wet AMRD?
anti-VEGF injections
What is the pharmacology of Anti-VEGF?
VEGF is a pro-angiogenic growth factor - stimulates vascular permeability, therefore anti-VEGF prevents this → makes the blood vessels shrivel and disappear
