A

  • WHO states people spend 70% of their time indoors
  • Low-income and minority communities at risk
  • Section 8 and Low-Income Tax Credit show these communities placed in subpar housing
  • 1980s deinstitutionalization saw those with mental illness needing health services and housing
  • Supported housing came around (Housing First, for example)
