Chlamydia and gonorrhea. Cervical motion tenderness. Pelvic
PID
<20 weeks. Vaginal bleeding. Pelvic pain
Abortion
Fallopian tube.Positive pregnancy test, vaginal bleed, pelvic pain, cervical motion tenderness. IUP seen when HCG >2,000
Ectopic Pregnancy
HCG >100,000. Snow storm pattern
Molar Pregnancy
< 20 weeks and HTN
Chronic hypertension
> 20 weeks. No end organ damage or proteinuria. Labetolol and methyldopa
Gestational HTN
Preeclampsia + seizure. Magnesium
Eclampsia
Painless 2nd and 3rd trimester bleed. No digital or TV ultrasound
Placenta Previa
Uterine Atony
Post partum Hemorrhage
< 37 weeks
